SUSAN STRATTON

Susan Stratton, COE, OCS, founded Eye Med Management Solutions in 2004 with a vision of building much more than a medical billing company. With her more than 30 years of ophthalmology billing and practice management experience, she is an expert in finance and reimbursement. Susan approaches her work with a consultative lens, always looking for ways to strengthen a client’s bottom line. Susan and her team are on a mission to optimize ophthalmology practices’ financial health and are trusted partners to the clients they serve.

Susan is an active and passionate member of the ophthalmic community. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives, the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators, OWL: Ophthalmic World Leaders and has achieved the COE Certified Ophthalmic Executive status in ASOA.

LINDSAY STRATTON

Lindsay Stratton, MHA, OCS, joined Eye Med Management Solutions in January 2009. As Operations Director, Lindsay oversees billing operations, works to improve quality and efficiency for both clients and the business, and ensures a high level of client satisfaction. She thoroughly enjoys the challenges of the ophthalmologic billing process and loves helping clients maximize their revenue and improve their practices’ financial health.

Lindsay’s background in both politics and EHR implementation brings an interesting perspective and wealth of knowledge to her work. She’s known for staying abreast of the latest healthcare legislation and helping clients navigate the ins and outs of complex reimbursement policy. And, her experience in EHR implementation means that she knows systems inside and out.

ELISE LEVINE

Elise Levine, MAG, has spent the better part of her career in Ophthalmology starting at the front desk and working up to an Administrator while completing both a bachelors and masters degree in Gerontology. She has run practices, managed optical shops and started a very successful clinical research program. She has been the Board Chair for the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has participated in their advocacy work on Capitol Hill.  She is a regular presenter at meetings, speaking on billing, Human Resources and practice management.  She has a passion for helping practices run smoother and make more money.
